Larry Anderson before joining the Sanson Group, served at the Postal Service in various executive and legal assignments, including employment law counsel for 7 years and as the National Office Director, Safety and Health, from 1990-2000.

Larry moved on to the private sector and served in various executive assignments for hospital systems. First, Alta Healthcare, a 7-hospital chain in Los Angeles, California; later in numerous executive assignments in a 4-hospital platform that Larry purchased from Tenet Healthcare, closing in March 2005.

Larry accepted the position of Chief Executive Officer of a 400-bed tertiary care facility in Oceanside, California.

Larry was named Most Admired CEO by the San Diego Business Journal in recognition of his continued and innovative efforts to keep the North County Hospital financially sound, technologically advanced, and at the forefront of offering quality care. He turned around the financially-ailing hospital around within two years, converting an $11 million loss in 2010 to a $16.7 million profit in 2011. Continuing the winning financial trend in 2012, the public hospital delivered an $8.2 million profit for the year.

During his tenure, the hospital also recently was named by Becker’s Hospital Review as one of the top “100 Great Places to Work in Healthcare”.

Larry joined the Sanson Group in 2015 and since then has been instrumental in providing not only very competent legal advice but also has navigated the group with his expertise and knowledge of the market to new leaps and bounds.
